A Special Order is a Service where a pet is sought out according to the client’s specifications, whether it be Colour, Breed, Gender, etc. Because Puppies or kittens are living creatures, it is not easy to find an animal that perfectly fits certain criteria, but we will try our best to find a similar animal.

How We Proceed
The Special order policy of Habibi Pet House is as follows:

Once 500MYR deposit is made, the service to locate the puppy or kitten will start . Once we locate the particular puppy or kitten, the client will have first priority before the post goes up on our sales channel. The client has two hours to decide whether to keep or pass on the puppy or kitten ​

To Locate your dream pet It may take 2-5 weeks according to the rarity of the puppy or kitten.

If the client is happy with the puppy or kitten, the 500MYR deposit is applied toward the puppy or kitten price and the remaining balance shall be paid within 7 Days / 1 week ​

If the client unhappy with the puppy or kitten we present, they are welcome to pass on the puppy or kitten ​and wait for the next available puppy or kitten. If two hour have passed upon presentation, it is considered to pass on the puppy or kitten.​

The client will have privilege of passing the puppy or kitten three times before this privilege goes away. The 500MYR deposit does not expire.

Please consult with your sales associate for a duration of locating the puppy or kitten. Some breed/ colour/ gender can have waiting list in place.

Please do NOT place the order if you are unsure or not committed to purchase.

Please take note that three will be 50MYR/day hotel fee from the day of deposit if the cancellation take place. If the transport has been booked,the booking fee will not be reimbursed

500MYR deposit is a payment for the locating the particular puppy or kitten. It is a service fee and is NOT Refundable
